We are so proud of Jack for being selected as Oregon Player of the Year, as there is simply no one more deserving than him. Jack worked extremely hard to get to this point. What made Jack so special was his willingness to do what his team needed year over year. He came into the program as an LSM, played attack his junior year, and finished his career as a do it all midfielder.
He never missed a workout or a practice and constantly sought out extra work, making him a phenomenal teammate who led by example. He was voted unanimously to be a captain by his teammates and set an extremely high bar for future Jesuit lacrosse players. He will be attending the Virginia Military Institute (NCAA D1) where he will play lacrosse, get a great education, and graduate ready to serve his country.
Congratulations to the following OHSLA US Lacrosse Academic All-Americans:
